Eating habit

Food is very important in life. It's not only healthy but also good for skin so eating habit is also important.
For me, i often eat rice for main meal, after finish i often eat some fruit such as apple, banana, oranges, mango...
I don't like fat or skin of chicken, port and beef so my skin not good and i am not fat. I eat vegetable everyday, i like it. I like seafood so my meal often have fish, shrimp, sometime crab.About drink, sometime i drink coke, red wine or beer in meal and i drink too much water everyday, i drink fruit juice not much because i don't like too much.
I think i must change my eating habit to healthy and good for skin
